## 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Member," or "Client") and The Dream Center LLC, doing business as Dream Center Co-Working & Business Support ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Limited Liability Corporation located at 5927 W. ## 2. AGE REQUIREMENT — 18+ ONLY
**YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO USE OUR SERVICES, ACCESS OUR FACILITIES, OR ENTER INTO ANY AGREEMENT WITH THE DREAM CENTER LLC.**
By using our services, booking an appointment, or entering our co-working space, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You are not prohibited by any applicable law from accessing or using our services.
If we discover or have reason to believe that any user is under the age of 18, we reserve the right to immediately:
- Terminate access to our facilities and services.
- Cancel any active bookings, memberships, or agreements.
- Refund any unused prepaid amounts at our sole discretion.
We do not knowingly collect information from or provide services to individuals under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your minor has accessed our services, please contact us immediately at marseil@thedreamcenter.com.

## 3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Dream Center Co-Working & Business Support offers the following services (collectively, "Services"):
- **Co-Working Space Access:** Shared and private workspace, desks, offices, and meeting rooms available for hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly use.
- **Business Support Services:** Coaching, consulting, workshops, mentorship programs, and professional development resources.
- **Virtual Office Services:** Business address, mail handling, and professional services for remote businesses.
- **Event & Meeting Room Rentals:** Reservation of event, training, and conference spaces.
- **Online Programs & Memberships:** Digital courses, community memberships, and subscription-based resources.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice.

## 4. APPOINTMENTS & BOOKINGS
- All appointments and space reservations must be made in advance through our booking system at https://www.thedreamcenter.com/booking or by contacting us directly.
- Bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive written or electronic confirmation from us.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

## 5. PAYMENTS & FEES
### a. Pricing
All fees for Services are listed on our website or communicated to you prior to purchase. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Updated pricing will not affect existing confirmed bookings.
### b. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of booking or service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
- All fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
### c. Late Payments
Any outstanding balances not paid by the due date may result in suspension of access to our facilities and services until payment is received.
### d. Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with your use of our Services.

## 6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- **Cancellations made 48+ hours before a scheduled appointment or booking** will receive a full refund or credit.
- **Cancellations made within 24–48 hours** may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- **Cancellations made less than 24 hours before** the scheduled time are non-refundable.
- **No-shows** are non-refundable.
- Memberships and subscription plans may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. No partial-month refunds will be issued unless required by law.

## 7. FACILITY RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT
All users of our co-working space and facilities agree to abide by the following rules:
### a. General Conduct
- Treat all staff, members, and visitors with respect and professionalism.
- Maintain a noise level appropriate for a shared work environment.
- No harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior of any kind will be tolerated.
- Violations may result in immediate removal from the premises and termination of membership without refund.
### b. Age Restriction Enforcement
- **Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted on the premises without prior written approval from management.**
- Members are responsible for ensuring that any guests they invite comply with this requirement.
### c. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on our premises or through our services:
- Illegal activities of any kind.
- Use, distribution, or possession of illegal substances.
- Solicitation, pyramid schemes, or multi-level marketing without prior approval.
- Damage or misuse of equipment, furniture, or facilities.
- Recording of other members or guests without their explicit consent.
- Any activity that disrupts the work environment or violates the rights of others.
### d. Personal Property
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Members are encouraged to secure their belongings at all times.
### e. Guests
Members may bring guests to the facility only with advance notice and in compliance with applicable membership terms. Guests must be 18 years of age or older. Members are fully responsible for the conduct of their guests.

## 8. SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to the following:
- You consent to receive SMS and text messages from The Dream Center LLC related to your bookings, services, promotions, and business support resources.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS communications.
- **Consent is NOT a condition of purchasing any service.**
- Message and data rates may apply.
- You may opt out at any time by replying **STOP** to any message or by contacting us at marseil@thedreamcenter.com.
- Reply **HELP** for assistance.
- We do NOT share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against The Dream Center LLC.
